The new lottery for the National Arts in the Netherlands (www.dnkl.nl) invited Nouel to be an ambassador for this institution created to stimulate and support the local Arts. Main prices for the next lottery draws will be Nouel’s paintings CUBARUBA and ‘Enigma of the light’ amongst others. Nouel has also been selected to paint special portrait- paintings for some prize winners, commissioned by the DNKL.
